Hz Recordings was founded in Osaka in the 2020s as an independent label.
With roots in club culture, it has been delivering a wide spectrum of sounds—Techno, Minimal, Acid, and Ambient—to the world.
Guided by the vision of its founder, DJ Davis aka HZ, that “Music can change the world”, the label continues to create new musical experiences through releases and events.

The journey of Hz Recordings has been one of constant growth and exploration.
Founded in Osaka, the label began its path focusing on Techno, Minimal, Acid, and Ambient, starting from humble beginnings and evolving step by step.
